1. NMG Custom Computers are giving away 1 laptop. To be eligible to enter you must make a purchase or have a computer serviced or repaired between September 1 20011 and November 30 2011. Entry is only available after purchase, service or repair has been collected and paid for in full.

2. Only one entry per paid purchase, service or repair during the current calendar month.

3. Entries close AEST 12 midnight on November 30 2011.

4. The winner will be drawn on the 10^th day of December 2011.

5. The winner will be notified by phone and email on the 14^th day of December 2011. The lucky winner will be required to have their picture taken receiving their prize which will be published on NMG Custom Computers website, www.nmgcomputers.com.au.

6. In the event that the prize is not collected by the 20th December 2011 the prize will be forfeited.

7. The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. In the event that any prize is unavailable, NMG Computers reserves the right to substitute a different prize of equal or greater value.

8. NMG Custom Computers shall not be liable for any loss or damage or for any personal injury sustained as a result of taking or using the prize from time of receipt of the prize.

9. All correct and valid entries submitted during the competition will be entered into the prize draw to win the nominated prize. All entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into NMG Custom Computers database, and NOT at the time of transmission by the entrant.

10. No responsibility is accepted by entries not received by NMG Custom Computers, incorrectly or otherwise incorrectly tabulated. NMG Custom Computers decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

11. All entries will be the property of NMG Custom Computers. This information provided by entrants will be used by NMG Custom Computers for the purpose of improving and marketing NMG Custom Computers.
